Trademarks Subject to This Policy
This Policy covers all of our trademarks and service marks, whether Word Marks, Logos, or Trade Dress (collectively, the "Marks"), registered or not. Registration is not a condition of ownership, and unregistered Marks are protected under this Policy in the same way as registered ones.

"The Keep Good Company®" and "AIREPORT®" are registered Marks of The Keep Good Company® LLC, registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Permitted Use
Unauthorized use of "The Keep Good Company®" or "AIREPORT®," including reproduction, imitation, or use in a manner likely to cause confusion or misunderstanding, is prohibited.
Fair use of the Marks, such as in comparative advertising or news reporting, is permitted provided the use is lawful, non-deceptive, and does not infringe on the distinctiveness or reputation of the Marks.
Whenever you use one of the Marks, you must do so in a way that does not mislead anyone, directly or by omission. You may use the Word Marks and Logos, but not the Trade Dress, on your own web page to show your support for The Keep Good Company® and its products or services. You acquire no rights in the Marks through any such use, and any goodwill your use generates accrues solely to us.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
Use the Marks on your website or social media in any manner that suggests endorsement by The Keep Good Company®;
Register or use domain names or social media handles that incorporate the Marks or variants of them, including "KeepGood," "GoodCompany," and "KeepGoodCompany"; or
Use the Marks or any such variant in any combination that forms part of a company name or another trademark.
Licensing and Authorization
Any use of "The Keep Good Company®" or "AIREPORT®" beyond fair use requires our explicit written authorization. This includes, without limitation, use in commercial products, services, marketing materials, and promotional activities.
Protection and Enforcement
We protect our Marks and will take legal action to prevent unauthorized or infringing use. United States trademark law governs the protection of the Marks.
Reporting Infringement
If you become aware of any use of "The Keep Good Company®" or "AIREPORT®" that violates this Policy or infringes our trademarks, please notify us promptly at care@keepgood.co.
Trademark Marking and Legends
The first or most prominent mention of a Mark on a web page, document, or documentation should carry the symbol indicating whether the mark is registered ("®") or unregistered ("™").
