Please read the Privacy Policy below.
It explains what personal information The Keep Good Company® LLC collects through AIREPORT®, how and why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.
This Privacy Policy is legally binding. By visiting, viewing, or using https://aireport.pro or https://keepgood.co (the "Website") or any AIREPORT® product, feature, or service (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. "You" refers to any visitor, viewer, or user of the Website or Services. "Personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be associated with you.
This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions, Billing Policy, Disclaimer, and the Methodology, is incorporated by reference into the agreement between you and the Company (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not accept this Privacy Policy, do not use the Website or the Services.
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post the effective date of the latest version at the top of this page, and amendments take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy.
Who We Are
AIREPORT® is operated by The Keep Good Company® LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). AIREPORT® is a digital-asset portfolio intelligence service for professional users. We are the controller of the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. Any privacy question or request may be directed to care@keepgood.co.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the Services. We do not collect date of birth, gender, shipping or physical mailing addresses, government identifiers, or social-media-profile data, and we do not build advertising or demographic profiles about you.
Information you provide directly:
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, a password (stored only as a secure cryptographic hash; we never see or store your plaintext password), and your name. If you sign in with Google or Apple via OAuth, we receive only your name and email address from that provider — no social-network profile, friends list, or posts.
Professional profile. During onboarding you may provide professional details used to tailor the Services and the value/time figures we present to you: your professional role or type (for example, legal or financial), an estimate of the time you spend per asset, and your professional hourly billing rate.
Your digital-asset holdings. You provide the assets in your portfolio either by uploading a document (such as a PDF statement, which we process to extract holdings) or by entering them manually. This portfolio data — the assets, quantities, and related details you supply — is the core input to the Services.
Support communications. If you submit a request through the in-product support form or by email, we collect the information you include (such as your name, email, and the contents of your message) to respond and provide support.
Information we generate or derive:
Analytical output. AIREPORT® computes structural valuations, value ranges, and related analytics from the asset holdings you provide. We do not ask you for your portfolio's value — we calculate it from your assets. This derived analytical output is associated with your account.
Account and subscription records. We maintain records of your subscription tier and status, trial dates, and the identifiers issued by our payment processor (described below).
Information collected automatically:
Usage and device data. When you use the Website or Services, we and our analytics provider automatically collect limited technical and usage data — such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with features. We use this for security, to operate the Services, and to understand and improve how the Services are used. Our analytics events do not include your name, email, or other directly identifying information.
Payment Information
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you purchase a subscription, your payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; AIREPORT® does not receive or store your full payment card number. We store only the customer and subscription identifiers Stripe issues to us, together with your subscription tier and status, so we can provide and manage your subscription. See our Billing Policy for fees, billing, and refunds.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
Create and maintain your account and authenticate you;
Provide the Services — process the asset holdings you supply, compute structural valuations and related analytics, and present your results;
Tailor the value, time-savings, and analytical figures we show you using the professional details you provide;
Process your subscription and payments (through Stripe) and manage your trial, tier, and status;
Send you transactional communications about your account and purchases (described under "Communications");
Respond to your support requests, inquiries, and feedback;
Secure the Services, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and maintain the integrity and reliability of the platform;
Operate, analyze, and improve the Website and Services; and
Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.
Communications
Our communications are transactional only. We send you emails related to your account and use of the Services — for example, email-address verification, sign-up confirmation, and purchase or subscription confirmations — through our email-delivery provider (Loops). We do not send marketing newsletters or promotional email campaigns, and we do not contact you by SMS/text message, telephone, or postal mail. Because account- and purchase-related messages are necessary to provide the Services, they are not marketing and cannot be unsubscribed from while your account is active; you can close your account to stop them (see "Your Rights").
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not "sell" or "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not share your information with affiliate partners, advertising networks, data brokers, fulfillment or delivery partners, or social-media platforms.
We share personal information only with the service providers (subprocessors) that actually receive your personal information to help us operate the Services, each bound to use it only to provide services to us. (This list covers providers that process your personal information; the Security statement separately lists the operational tooling we use to run the business, some of which does not handle your personal information.) Those subprocessors are:
Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of your account and portfolio data;
Stripe — payment processing (receives the information needed to process your payment, such as your email and payment details you provide to Stripe);
Loops — delivery of transactional email (receives your email address and the subscription details needed to send those messages, which include your subscription tier and status, trial and subscription dates, your payment-processor customer identifier, and your account identifier);
Our AI provider, under Zero Data Retention — to power AI-assisted features, the asset and document data you submit may be processed by a third-party AI provider that operates under a Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreement (see "Use of AI Services"); and
Google (Analytics and Ads) — website and product analytics (Google Analytics receives the automatically-collected usage and device data described above; we do not send it your name, email, or other directly identifying information), and advertising-conversion measurement (Google Ads, including Enhanced Conversions, receives a limited set of hashed identifiers — such as a hashed email — to attribute sign-ups and purchases to our advertisements, as described under "Cookies and Analytics").
We may also disclose personal information when required to do so by law or legal process (such as a subpoena, warrant, or court order); to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; to protect the rights, safety, or property of you, us, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy or provide notice of any material change.
Use of AI Services
To provide and enhance the Services, we use artificial-intelligence technologies through carefully selected third-party AI providers that maintain Zero Data Retention (ZDR) policies. When you interact with AI-powered features — including document analysis and parsing, structural analysis, and intelligent assistance — your data may be processed through these providers solely to fulfill your current request. Under their ZDR commitments, these providers process your data transiently and do not store it, train on it, or retain it beyond delivering the immediate result, and your data is not used to train or improve their models. We continuously evaluate our AI-provider relationships to ensure they maintain data-protection standards consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Cookies and Analytics
We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies:
Strictly necessary cookies — set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in and to maintain your session and the security of the Services. These are required for the Website and Services to function.
Analytics cookies — used by Google Analytics to help us understand how the Website and Services are used so we can improve them. Our analytics events do not include your name or email.
Advertising-measurement cookies and tags — we use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand which of our advertisements lead to sign-ups or purchases, so we can evaluate and improve our marketing. As part of this, we use Google's "Enhanced Conversions," which shares a limited set of hashed (one-way encrypted) identifiers — such as a hashed version of your email address — with Google to match a conversion (for example, a sign-up or purchase) to an ad interaction. We do not maintain remarketing or retargeting audiences, we do not use cross-site behavioral-advertising profiles, and we do not sell your personal information.
Where required by law, our marketing site presents a cookie-consent banner that is geographically responsive: in regions that require prior consent (such as the European Union and the United Kingdom), non-essential analytics and advertising-measurement technologies are intended to load only after you accept, and you may reject them; in other regions, the banner provides notice consistent with applicable law. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling strictly-necessary cookies may prevent the Website or Services from functioning. You can additionally opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google's own controls at https://adssettings.google.com.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals; you can use the cookie controls described above instead.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes:
Account and portfolio data is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services.
Subscription and transaction records may be retained as needed for business, accounting, tax, and legal-compliance purposes.
Usage and analytics data may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form for service improvement and security.
Support communications are retained as needed to provide and document support.
AI processing: data processed by our ZDR AI provider is not retained by that provider; records of AI-assisted interactions within our own systems are retained under the periods above.
We may retain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or protect our legitimate interests. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, you may request to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent or object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights — including account or data deletion and data export — submit a request to care@keepgood.co. We action verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law (and in any case without undue delay), and we may ask for information needed to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Notice to European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation and equivalent UK/Swiss law apply to our processing of your personal information, and the rights summarized below are available to you. This summary is provided for convenience and is not exhaustive.
We process personal information on these legal bases: (i) to perform our contract with you (to provide the Services you request); (ii) your consent (for example, for non-essential analytics cookies, which you may withdraw at any time); (iii) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services, where not overridden by your rights; and (iv) compliance with legal obligations.
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing (including objecting to processing based on legitimate interests and to any direct marketing). You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, submit a request to care@keepgood.co.
International transfers: we and our subprocessors process your information in the United States. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we will implement appropriate safeguards required by applicable law (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent UK/Swiss mechanisms). The United States may not provide the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction.
Notice to California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, provides you the rights summarized below. References to "you" in this section mean California residents. This summary is for convenience and is not exhaustive.
Right to know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
Right to delete the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt-out is necessary; we honor opt-out preference signals where applicable.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — to the extent any information we process is treated as "sensitive personal information" under applicable law, we use it only for purposes permitted without a limitation right (such as providing the Services you request); we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.
The categories of personal information we collect are described under "Information We Collect" (identifiers such as name and email; account, professional, and portfolio information you provide; payment-related identifiers; and internet/usage activity). To exercise your rights, submit a request to care@keepgood.co. We will verify your request and respond as required by law; you may use an authorized agent where permitted.
California's "Shine the Light" law: we do not share personal information with third parties for those third parties' own direct-marketing purposes.
Notice to Nevada Residents
Nevada law permits Nevada residents to opt out of the sale of certain personal information for monetary consideration. We do not sell your covered information as defined under Nevada law. Should this change, Nevada residents may submit a verified opt-out request by email to care@keepgood.co with "Nevada Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line.
Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a person under 18, submit a request to care@keepgood.co and we will delete it.
International Users
The Services are available internationally and are operated from the United States; your information is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Services, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your jurisdiction. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards as described under "Notice to European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)."
How We Protect Your Information
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information, as described in our Security statement. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Links
The Website may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised effective date at the top of this page, and the changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Website or Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
