Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the services as set forth on our pricing page or as otherwise agreed in writing. We offer the services through subscription plans (monthly or annual) and may provide certain features or services through one-time purchase options. Annual subscriptions may include discounted rates, which are subject to change at any time.

Subscription Billing

For subscription plans, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method for recurring fees at the start of each billing period. You are responsible for maintaining current and valid payment information. If we cannot charge your payment method, we will reattempt payment for a period of two weeks. If payment remains unsuccessful after the retry period, your subscription will be automatically cancelled and access to services will cease. You remain responsible for any unpaid fees.

Currency and Taxes

All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and such charges may be added to your total payment amount when required by law.

Usage and Consumption

The Company's services, associated data, expressions, and analytics are made available for immediate use upon delivery, whether by trial or purchase. Any digitally delivered product or service, in whole or part and regardless of format, is of value considered to be consumed and transactionally redeemed. You acknowledge that your subscription or purchase allows access for the specified number of authorized users only. Any attempt to exceed authorized usage limits may result in additional charges or service suspension.

Refunds and Credits

Due to the immediately beneficial nature of our services and analytics information, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable. However, we reserve the right to issue refunds or credits in certain circumstances, including:

• Substantial and/or sustained service degradation;

• Technical malfunctions that materially impair analytics accuracy and availability;

• Third-party data feed interruptions that impact usability;

• Billing errors or duplicate charges;

• Other circumstances determined appropriate under our policies.

Any refund or credit will be at our discretion as to amount and form, considering factors such as the nature and duration of service interruption, subscription type, and usage patterns. Refunds for annual subscriptions, if issued, are typically prorated based on the unused portion of your term.

You acknowledge that routine maintenance, minor service interruptions, and temporary degradation in data freshness or service performance do not qualify for refunds. No refund will be issued for any suspension or termination due to your violation of this Agreement or our policies.

Refund Requests and Processing

To request a refund, you must contact our support team within 5 business days of the qualifying event. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued using your original payment method unless we determine an alternate method is necessary.

Changes to Fees and Billing

We reserve the right to modify our fees, subscription plans, and billing practices at any time with notice to you. For subscriptions, changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. You may cancel your subscription before your next billing period if you do not agree with any changes.

Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer free trials or promotional rates. At the end of such offers, your subscription will automatically convert to the standard rate unless cancelled. You may be ineligible for multiple free trials or certain promotional offers at our discretion.
