Methodology

AIREPORT® Structural Value (SV) and Asset Integrity Score (AIS) methodologies are documented, deterministic, and version-controlled. The empirical calibration record referenced in validation materials derives from a defined cohort of backtested assets over a roughly two-year historical window. Assessments for assets outside that cohort apply the same methodology; the per-asset empirical record for such assets may also accumulate market history. AIREPORT® provides analytical tools and data pertaining to digital assets. It does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice, nor does it provide appraisal of non-digital assets. Professional users are responsible for all determinations made using this information.

Nature of Services

AIREPORT® operates as an aggregator and provider of digital asset market data, analytics, and structural valuation information for professional users. We source market data from trusted, industry-recognized third-party providers and apply proprietary, deterministic analytical methodologies to produce Structural Value (SV) assessments, Asset Integrity Scores (AIS), and related analytical output. The Company does not act as your broker, intermediary, agent, financial advisor, or fiduciary in any capacity. We do not execute trades, access or hold user assets, or provide personalized investment or trading advice. AIREPORT® analytical features support professional analysis and decision-making workflows, for which you maintain complete responsibility.

By using AIREPORT® Services, you represent that you are using the Services within the scope of your own professional judgment and regulatory framework, and that any determinations you make using AIREPORT® output — including, without limitation, valuations, settlements, filings, client recommendations, or reports — are your sole responsibility. AIREPORT® provides analytical tools; you apply them.

Digital Asset Market Risk

Digital asset markets exhibit pronounced volatility and are subject to rapid price movements driven by regulatory developments, technological changes, market structure shifts, and broader economic conditions. Market prices may deviate significantly, and for extended periods, from the assessed fair value produced by AIREPORT® Structural Value (SV) methodology. Digital asset holdings carry substantial, inherent risk of loss. You acknowledge these market characteristics and apply appropriate professional judgment when incorporating AIREPORT® output into your work.

Data Sources and Third-Party Providers

AIREPORT® operates using market data aggregated from trusted third-party providers. We apply proprietary processing and analytical methodologies to this data, but do not independently verify source data and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Third-party providers may experience outages, provide incorrect data, supply incomplete data, or modify their services without notice. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies in third-party data. Furthermore, third-party providers may discontinue, suspend, or restrict access to their data at any time, which may affect the availability or functionality of our Services.

Service Provision and Limitations

AIREPORT® Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time without notice and without liability to you. Technical difficulties, maintenance requirements, or infrastructure issues may result in temporary or extended service interruptions. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of delays. Data feeds, analytical calculations, authentication, and other features may experience latency or failures due to technical or operational factors beyond our control.

Nature of Analytical Output

AIREPORT® Structural Value (SV) and Asset Integrity Score (AIS) are analytical assessments, not predictions. They describe what an asset is structurally worth based on live and historical market data using a documented, deterministic methodology. They do not forecast future prices, direction, or returns. Market prices may trade above, below, or at the assessed Structural Value (SV) at any given time. We reserve the right to refine our analytical methodologies over time; each generation of the AIREPORT® Intrinsic Engine™ is version-controlled, documented, and reproducible.

Validation Scope

Professionals presenting AIREPORT® output in contested or regulated contexts should understand the distinction between methodology and calibration record: the methodology applies universally to every asset covered by the Services, while the published backtest record speaks directly to the defined cohort it was measured on.

Historical Validation and Future Correspondence

References to past empirical performance of AIREPORT® methodologies — including backtested correspondence rates between Structural Value (SV) assessments and subsequent market prices — describe historical behavior and do not guarantee future correspondence. Backtested results reflect the methodology's behavior under the specific assets, time periods, and market conditions included in the calibration record; they do not represent actual outcomes for any specific party, portfolio, or proceeding. Market conditions change continuously, and past correspondence rates may not persist through future market regimes. You should not rely on historical validation figures as a guarantee of how any specific future assessment will correspond to market behavior.

Professional Due Diligence

You acknowledge and agree that you bear sole responsibility for applying professional due diligence appropriate to your regulatory context, practice area, and engagement. This includes independently verifying AIREPORT® output where verification is warranted by your professional standards, and consulting with qualified financial, legal, tax, or appraisal professionals whose licensing and scope of practice cover the determinations you are making.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF NO FEES HAVE BEEN PAID. All content, features, functionality, and materials available through AIREPORT®, including but not limited to software, algorithms, analytics methodologies, data compilations, depictions, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and service marks, are the exclusive property of The Keep Good Company® or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based upon any part of our Services without our express written permission. The compilation, interpretation, and arrangement of data and content by AIREPORT® constitutes valuable intellectual property deserving of protection under applicable laws.

Data Analytics and Aggregation Rights

We may collect, analyze, and aggregate usage data and analytics related to your use of the Services. We retain all rights to aggregated and anonymized data and may use such data for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to improving our Services, developing new features, conducting market research, and creating industry reports. Such aggregated data will not identify you personally or reveal your individual professional activities. By using our Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use anonymized data derived from your usage for these purposes.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, pandemic, epidemic, information infrastructure failures, strikes, labor disputes, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, or disruption of Internet or telecommunication services.

Errors and Omissions

The Keep Good Company® assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of our Services. Information is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or timeliness. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without liability. You acknowledge that digital asset markets operate continuously and that information may become outdated rapidly.
