The Company does not act as your broker, intermediary, agent, financial advisor, or fiduciary in any capacity. We do not execute trades, access user assets, hold user assets, or provide personalized investment or trading advice. AIREPORT® introspective features offer perspectives to complement your process of dutiful analysis and decision-making, for which you maintain complete responsibility.

You acknowledge that digital asset trading and investment require specialized knowledge and that you possess the necessary competence to evaluate and understand the information provided through our Services.

Investment Risk Acknowledgment

Our Services are experimental and undergo continuous development and modification. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time without notice and without liability to you. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF NO FEES HAVE BEEN PAID. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based upon any part of our Services without our express written permission. The compilation and arrangement of data and content by AIREPORT® constitutes valuable intellectual property deserving of protection under applicable laws.

Data Analytics and Aggregation Rights

We may collect, analyze, and aggregate usage data and analytics related to your use of the Services. We retain all rights to aggregated and anonymized data and may use such data for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to improving our Services, developing new features, conducting market research, and creating industry reports. Such aggregated data will not identify you personally or reveal your individual trading or investment activities. By using our Services, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use anonymized data derived from your usage for these purposes.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, pandemic, epidemic, information infrastructure failures, strikes, labor disputes, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, or disruption of Internet or telecommunication services.

Errors and Omissions

The Keep Good Company® assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the content of our Services. Information is provided on an "as is" basis without guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or timeliness. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without liability.
