Core + is a one-time purchase for a single matter: one portfolio supporting up to 75 assets, 30 days of access from purchase, and the same report as the monthly Core plan. It is assessed under the same documented methodology as every plan, and includes Structural Value, the Asset Integrity Score and the Value Differential. There is no subscription to switch or cancel, and a monthly plan can begin at any point.
