V15 extends the engine's regime-aware calibration to rapidly expanding volatility: assessments are expressed more conservatively when recent volatility is contracting or rapidly expanding, with full confidence reserved for stable conditions. The change was adopted after paired testing across the full validation frame confirmed more assessments without converting any previously confirmed assessment into a miss; the Methodology page carries the updated per-class record and a dated changeover record.
